Susanna Gartmayer is a Vienna-based composer/improviser/performer (bass clarinet, contra alto clarinet, alto saxophone).
In 2015 she received the Austrian State Fellowship for Composition. She works in the fields of „multi-ideomatic“ improvisation, experimental rock music, contemporary new music, and multi-media sound research. She is a member of the Vegetable Orchestra, touring in Europe and Asia.
