GALLERIET, HVELVET & PROSJEKTROMMET:
For å utforske identitet i en global kontekst har Ideal Lab invitert kunstnere, designere og innbyggere i to havnebyer og industrielle mikropoliser: Saint-Nazaire i Frankrike og Florø i Norge. Agentene har funnet og utvekslet tilbakevendende problemstillinger og deretter sett for seg identitetsskapende objekter og kunstverk basert på det som bringer mennesker sammen, lokale teknikker og estetikk. Utstillingen er strukturert i tre scenarioer: Share, Adapt and Belong.

To explore identity in a global context, Ideal Lab has invited artists, designers and the inhabitants of two harbour cities and industrial micropolises: Saint-Nazaire in France and Florø in Norway. After having exchanged and found recurring issues, the Agents have imagined objects and art pieces producing identity. An identity based on what brings people together, local techniques and aesthetics. Three scenarios structure the exhibition: Share, Adapt and Belong.
